Shipping & Returns

Our shipping and returns policy will be finalised before launch. This page describes our intended approach.

Shipping

Orders ship in recyclable packaging with tracking. Domestic and international rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout once commerce is live.

Returns & refunds

Because Mouth Tape is a personal-use consumable, returns are limited to unopened boxes within a set window. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced.
