What is Slumbr Mouth Tape?
A premium mouth tape designed around one idea: gentle, barely-there comfort. Each strip is a solid, smooth tape with an ultra-thin bamboo-silk face and a gentle, skin-safe adhesive. It is a general wellness product for a calmer, softer sleep routine — not a medical device.
How do I use it?
Cleanse and dry the skin around your lips. Peel one strip from the printed liner. Rest your lips together and smooth the strip gently into place. Remove gently in the morning, and repeat nightly.
Who shouldn't use Slumbr?
Do not use if you have a breathing, heart, or sleep disorder, or any other underlying health condition that affects your breathing — including trouble breathing through your nose, sleep apnea, or a cold, sinus, or ear infection. Avoid broken or chapped skin, and do not use after alcohol or sedatives. If you have any medical condition, talk to your doctor before use. Stop use and remove if you feel any breathing difficulty or skin irritation. Adults only. Keep out of reach of children.
What is it made of?
An ultra-thin bamboo-silk face with a gentle, skin-safe adhesive. It is hypoallergenic and latex-free, and recommended in a soft ivory colorway.
How many strips come in a box?
30 strips — a 30-night supply. Mouth tape is a nightly routine, so most people keep a box on the nightstand and reorder monthly.
Can I subscribe?
Subscribe & Save is on the way. Because Slumbr is a monthly ritual, you'll be able to choose a one-time box or a recurring delivery and save. The toggle on the product page previews this option today.
How does shipping work?
Shipping details are being finalized ahead of launch. Orders will ship in recyclable packaging with tracking. Full rates, timelines, and our returns policy will live on the Shipping & Returns page.
I have sensitive skin — is that okay?
The adhesive is designed to be gentle and skin-safe, and the tape is hypoallergenic and latex-free. Even so, everyone's skin is different. Apply to clean, intact skin, avoid broken or chapped areas, and stop use if you notice any irritation. If you have a skin condition, check with your doctor first.
Will Slumbr stop my snoring?
Slumbr is a general wellness product, not a treatment for snoring or any medical condition, and it makes no claims to change it. Some people simply like the feel of keeping their lips gently closed as part of a calmer bedtime routine. If you snore loudly or gasp during sleep, talk to a healthcare provider.
Is Slumbr a treatment for sleep apnea?
No. Slumbr is a general wellness product — not a medical device — and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including sleep apnea. If you have or suspect a breathing or sleep disorder, please talk to a healthcare provider before using any mouth tape.
What's the difference between the Mouth Tape and the Nose Tape?
They rest in different places for different preferences. The Mouth Tape is a solid, smooth strip that sits over the lips for people who like the feel of keeping their lips gently closed at night. The Nose Tape is a soft strip that rests across the bridge of the nose for those who prefer that sensation. Both are general wellness products with the same gentle, skin-safe adhesive — pick whichever feels right, or keep both on the nightstand.
Is it made for nightly use?
Yes — Slumbr is designed as a nightly ritual, which is why each box holds a 30-night supply. The bamboo-silk face and gentle adhesive are made to feel barely-there night after night. Always apply to clean, intact skin, stop use if you notice any irritation, and check the safety guidance before your first night.
Will it stay put, and does it come off easily?
The adhesive is tuned to hold softly through the night and then lift away without a fight in the morning. The best hold comes from applying to clean, dry skin around the lips. If it ever feels uncomfortable, simply remove it — comfort comes first, always.
Can I use it with lip balm or facial hair?
For the best, gentlest hold, apply to clean, dry, intact skin. Oils, balms, and lotions can keep any adhesive from settling, so it helps to skip them right around the lips before bed. Facial hair can reduce contact and make removal less comfortable. Avoid broken or chapped skin, and stop use if you notice any irritation.
How much does it cost, and when can I order?
Pricing and checkout are being finalized ahead of launch, so we're not quoting a price yet — we'd rather get it right than guess. The product pages show a one-time and subscription toggle now to preview how ordering will work. Use the contact page to be among the first to know when it goes live.
How should I store it?
Keep the box somewhere cool and dry — a nightstand drawer is ideal — and close the printed liner between uses so the strips stay clean. Away from heat and direct sun, the adhesive keeps its gentle, barely-there feel from the first strip to the last.
